Estas instalaciones, habitualmente, se emplean para conseguir rebajar la factura de energ\u00eda el\u00e9ctrica de la vivienda, reducir la huella ecol\u00f3gica, y la generaci\u00f3n de gases de efecto invernadero, as\u00ed como incrementar el uso de energ\u00edas renovables. <\/p>\n\n<p>No obstante conseguir optimizar este objetivo no es tarea f\u00e1cil y requiere que la producci\u00f3n de energ\u00eda y su consumo se simultaneen en la medida de lo posible. Esto pasa por que las personas usuarias traten de desplazar sus consumos dentro de las horas de sol, cosa que no siempre es posible. La introducci\u00f3n del almacenamiento el\u00e9ctrico en forma de bater\u00edas evita, en parte, esa necesidad de que producci\u00f3n y consumo coincidan, permitiendo la utilizaci\u00f3n de energ\u00eda renovable en horas en las cuales no hay producci\u00f3n, pero todav\u00eda tienen un coste econ\u00f3mico relevante.&#13;\n&#13;\n<\/p>\n\n<p>Un escenario cada vez m\u00e1s electrificado en el que el consumo el\u00e9ctrico tambi\u00e9n se emplea para climatizar el interior de los espacios y producir agua caliente sanitaria, plantea m\u00faltiples posibilidades de gesti\u00f3n y diferentes enfoques a la hora de optimizar.<\/p>\n\n<p>Parece claro que poder gestionar la energ\u00eda producida\/almacenada y consumida tomando decisiones con objetivos determinados (rebajar la factura, rebajar el consumo de energ\u00eda, maximizar la energ\u00eda solar autoproducida, etc.) requiere un complejo an\u00e1lisis dependiente de muchos factores cambiantes dentro del d\u00eda (pautas de consumo, precio de la energ\u00eda, radiaci\u00f3n solar, temperatura exterior, etc.).<\/p>\n\n<p>Es en este \u00e1mbito en el que los Controles Predictivos basados en Modelos (MPC) juegan un papel importante. Este tipo de control tiene en cuenta toda esta informaci\u00f3n y va tomando decisiones buscando un objetivo definido. Para ello cuenta con modelos que predicen el comportamiento de las diferentes instalaciones (vivienda y su equipamiento, instalaci\u00f3n fotovoltaica, etc.) en funci\u00f3n de su operaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n<p>De esta manera el MPC sabe c\u00f3mo se va a comportar el sistema de antemano y decide c\u00f3mo debe operar en cada momento, siendo capaz de actuar autom\u00e1ticamente sobre los equipos que permiten control automatizado, para cambiar el modo de funcionamiento por defecto, o enviando al usuario recomendaciones para el cambio en los h\u00e1bitos de uso de la energ\u00eda mediante la aplicaci\u00f3n m\u00f3vil.<\/p>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"965\" height=\"591\" src=\"https:\/\/react2020.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/5\/2021\/06\/MPC_sketch.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-25242\" srcset=\"https:\/\/react2020.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/5\/2021\/06\/MPC_sketch.jpg 965w, https:\/\/react2020.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/5\/2021\/06\/MPC_sketch-300x184.jpg 300w, https:\/\/react2020.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/5\/2021\/06\/MPC_sketch-768x470.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 965px) 100vw, 965px\" \/><\/figure>\n<p>Recientemente Tekniker ha puesto en marcha una instalaci\u00f3n fotovoltaica para autoconsumo en una vivienda unifamiliar aislada. La instalaci\u00f3n es gemela a una de las que se instalar\u00e1 en la isla de La Graciosa y consta de 6 paneles fotovoltaicos con una potencia pico de 2 kW y 4 bater\u00edas de gel con una capacidad de acumulaci\u00f3n de 8kWh. La vivienda ha sido rehabilitada de forma integral para cumplir con los criterios de un ECCN (Edificio de Consumo Casi Nulo) y cuenta con un equipo que integra ventilaci\u00f3n, climatizaci\u00f3n y agua caliente (180 litros de acumulaci\u00f3n) en un \u00fanico equipo que posee una bomba de calor aire-aire.<\/p>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"768\" src=\"https:\/\/react2020.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/5\/2021\/06\/IMG-20210518-WA0013-1024x768.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-25246\" srcset=\"https:\/\/react2020.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/5\/2021\/06\/IMG-20210518-WA0013-1024x768.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/react2020.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/5\/2021\/06\/IMG-20210518-WA0013-300x225.jpg 300w, https:\/\/react2020.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/5\/2021\/06\/IMG-20210518-WA0013-768x576.jpg 768w, https:\/\/react2020.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/5\/2021\/06\/IMG-20210518-WA0013-1536x1152.jpg 1536w, https:\/\/react2020.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/5\/2021\/06\/IMG-20210518-WA0013.jpg 2000w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n<p>Actualmente se est\u00e1 desarrollando un MPC que permita la optimizaci\u00f3n del sistema completo de manera que gestione tanto la instalaci\u00f3n fotovoltaica como la bomba de calor manteniendo las condiciones de confort de los usuarios dentro de la vivienda. Todo esto se integrar\u00e1 en la plataforma REACT y permitir\u00e1 evaluar la soluci\u00f3n en un entorno real.
